Inwestorzy detaliczni mogą zapisać się na akcje Allegro.eu w instytucjach, będących członkami konsorcjum detalicznego. Zapisy można składać osobiście w wybranym punkcie sprzedaży, a także telefonicznie lub przez Internet, o ile dany członek konsorcjum detalicznego dopuszcza taką możliwość. Firma zapowiada też ekspansję biznesową i geograficzną. W średniej perspektywie czasowej Grupa ma również ambicję rozwoju poza terytorium Polski – napisano w komunikacie.

Dwaj główni akcjonariusze polskiego telekomu zgodzili się na sprzedaż posiadanych walorów po takiej cenie. Przy cenie 43 zł za akcję wartość sprzedawanych akcji Allegro (bez ewentualnego pakietu dla Morgan Stanley) wynosi 8,08 mld zł, a przy cenie 35 zł – 6,57 mld zł. Allegro spodziewa się, że po debiucie giełdowym w wolnym obrocie (free float) znajdować się będzie co najmniej 18,26 proc.

Obecnie przy cenie 35 zł za akcję kapitalizacja Allegro wynosi 35 mld zł, a przy cenie 43 zł – 43 mld zł. Natomiast inwestorzy indywidualni od 23 do 28 września będą mogli zapisywać się na kupno akcji Allegro po 43 zł za sztukę. Sprzedawanych walorów, jeśli zostaną złożone zapisy na więcej, nastąpi proporcjonalna redukcja zapisów. Wydatki na dostawy podniosła rosnąca popularność programu Allegro Smart! Ostatecznie inwestorzy instytucjonalni będą mogli kupić 236,24 mln walorów Allegro, a detaliczni – 9,34 mln. O poziomie redukcji zapisów poinformowały w poniedziałek niektóre biura maklerskie, które je przyjmowały.

• Jej półroczne przychody z usług porównywarkowych poszły w górę z 74,6 do 102 mln zł, a z reklam – z 19 do 19,8 mln zł.

To oznacza, że przy wartości oferty na poziomie 8 mld zł do inwestorów indywidualnych trafią akcje o wartości 400 mln zł. Dynamika przychodów Allegro w zeszłym półroczu była znacznie wyższa niż w całym ub.r. Wtedy przychody sprzedażowe firm zwiększyły się o 31 proc. Do 2,39 mld zł, a przy wzroście kosztów operacyjnych o 46,9 proc. Do 1,18 mld zł zysk netto poszedł w górę z 230,08 do 399,02 mln zł. Grupa Allegro pokazała też nieaudytowane wyniki za pierwsze półrocze 2020 r.

Allegro z pewnością trafi do indeksu WIG-20 grupującego 20 spółek o największych wycenach. Być może zastąpi tam operatora telekomunikacyjnego Play, którego w pełni chce przejąć francuski telekom Illiad. Zaproponował 39 zł za akcję, co podniosło w poniedziałek kurs Play o 38 proc.

W zeszłym półroczu wyniosły one 1,45 mld zł (w poniższych grafikach kwoty są w tys. zł), wobec 962,6 mln zł rok wcześniej. Sytuacja finansowa Grupy Allegro na pierwszy rzut oka nie wygląda źle – spółka utrzymuje wysoką dynamikę wzrostu przychodów i zarabia z każdym rokiem coraz więcej. Oznacza to, że Grupa Allegro tuż po wejściu na warszawski parkiet stanie się największą spółką, detronizując CD Projekt (39 mln PLN kapitalizacji). Ostateczna liczba i ostateczna cena oferowanych akcji zostaną ustalone po przeprowadzeniu budowy księgi popytu wśród inwestorów instytucjonalnych i opublikowane 29 września 2020 r.

W części krótkoterminowej (do spłaty przez najbliższe 12 miesięcy) zadłużenie wzrosło z 335,7 do 338,8 mln zł, a w długoterminowej zmalało z 6 do 5,83 mld zł. W ramach debiutu giełdowego sprzedawana jest nie tylko część obecnych akcji Allegro, lecz także nowa seria walorów, z której zbycia firma chce pozyskać ok. 1 mld zł. Zapowiedziała, że przeznaczy te środki na zmniejszenie zadłużenia. Oznacza, że każdy inwestorów indywidualnych będzie mógł kupić tylko 15 proc.
